Welcome to your coastal getaway at this classic 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house, just steps from the sand at Muscle Shoals. Designed for ocean lovers, this home combines comfort with sweeping views of the Pacific and Channel Islands.  
  
This home offers bright, open living spaces filled with natural light. Large windows frame the ocean, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The living area is perfect for gathering, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals together—picture preparing dinner as the sun dips into the horizon.  
  
The home features four comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms include ensuite baths for added privacy, while the remaining two share a full bathroom. Each room is designed to provide a restful space to recharge after a day on the coast.  
  
Step outside to the private patio where you can fire up the BBQ or sip your morning coffee with the sound of waves in the background.  
  
Muscle Shoals Beach is known for its surf and fishing, and you’ll be close to Rincon Point, one of the most celebrated surf breaks in California. For those who enjoy exploring, Ventura Harbor is within reach and serves as a gateway to the Channel Islands, where hiking, kayaking, and wildlife encounters await.  
  
Whether you’re chasing waves, casting a line, exploring the islands, or simply enjoying the view with friends and family, this beach house offers an easy blend of comfort and coastal living.  
  
THINGS TO KNOW:  
\-Direct Beach Access  
\-Ocean-View Beach House at Muscle Shoals – Near Rincon & Channel Islands!  
\--Seven to Ten Minute Walk to Cliff House Restaurant  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial booking request  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater   
\-When booking for 30+ nights, an additional utility will be applicable and outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking  
\-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking  
\-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
