« Room was good as per price. And As we only come in room for sleeping at night so nothing problem for us. It was budget friendly hotel. But there are some problems like during at night some noise comes from upper room or kitchen it was annoying. When i asked them for that sound then they said it was of kitchen sound and it will stop in some time. Another thing is sometimes no hot water for bathing. No toiletries provided like tissues, Tea and coffee packets. And idk whats the taste of dinner and...

« Our recent stay at Coocasa Mahabaleshwar was an absolute nightmare. The property was dirty, with the third room being nothing more than a storage space filled with spare mattresses, bed not being double and no attached bathroom. The hall was a mess, cluttered with old boxes, and the outdoor chairs were wet and surrounded by garbage. To make matters worse, there was a dangerous leak above the stairs. We raised these issues with hotels.com immediately upon checking in, but they were unable to...
