The house was very clean and the neighborhood was pleasant. We biked to Manasota Key Beach a couple times and drove to other beaches also. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was a pleasant surprise to find the knives were sharp. We didn’t use the hot tub but instructions for it would have been helpful. Communication with the owner was easy and he was quick to respond. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again. ##### Martha H. The house is located in an out of the way nice, quiet neighborhood, but just a short drive to amenities and highways that will get you where you want to go. The house was clean and efficiently lain out. The four seasons room in back was great for relaxing in and the hot tub was much used. The only complaint we had was the mattresses on the beds. The one in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood, and the one in the other bedroom was too soft. If that is corrected I would have absolutely no complaints. ##### Roger S.
