They said it would be one hour for maintenance to arrive. Around noon I checked to see if maintenance had fixed the noise since it was on going and the party didn't want to return until it was fixed, and they said that they would be by shortly... I asked for a refund for the night since no one slept and (after a second email) they told us that "it could be some guy's stunt and were sorry." This is an unacceptable response. It is clear that they do not care about their customers. The dishwasher wasn't run, and stains were all over the floor and ceiling. I would not rent here.
