We were pleasantly surprised by some of the amenities provided. They had bottle water, coffee and various other snacks and condiments available. The property owners were very nice and made the check-in process extremely easy and communicated with us the day of our arrival to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. At first we were a little nervous about the heated pool because it was at 77 degrees and we're used to pool water around 85 degrees but the next day the water temperature was 86\. We assumed it was on a timer and the temperature increased while we were there and then probably on a timer to lower the day we checked out so don't worry if the pool isn't warm enough the day you get there. Having phone chargers provided- the bomb, labeling cabinets and drawers in the kitchen- brilliant! My kids lived in the pool when not in the ocean, excellent pool area. The property is in a neighborhood that you could say “local” Floridians live. The house itself has 2 nice bedrooms and a pullout couch that was very useful. It is just 7 minutes to the local beach which is awesome. The pool was amazing and was used quite a bit during our stay. The hosts were probably the best I have experienced thus far renting houses. Lastly the house is supplied with pretty much everything you need to feel at home. Literally everything but your daily food is there for you. We will surely stay here again when in the Venice area. ##### Steve L. The hosts included everything we needed for a relaxing stay. New well-stocked kitchen, reliable high speed wifi, comfortable beds, pool, and lots of beach gear for a day trip. We were grateful that the owners were able to get it ready despite the challenges of the hurricane. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is such a plus!
