Friendly and helpful staff

Did not get the lady’s name at the front desk, but she was super friendly, and helpful with directions, getting some ice, and also trying to help us get the ceiling fan going in the room. It makes such a big difference in any travel experience if the staff is friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond-thank You!
