First reception was not great but the lady that checked us out was more pleasant. We spent 3 nights and never had change of bedding or towels or any form of cleaning. Worst of all, the lighting was so poor one could only guess when applying makeup. The beddings were not great either. The hotel could do with upgrades. The shower drainage system was not good as well. More pillows would be nice too. I’m sorry but I couldn’t wait to leave. Not usually one to give bad reviews but can’t help this one.

We had great people check us in and out. Breakfast was a different story. I went down at 7 am and a great variety was available just to take pictures to show my son once he woke up. We went down at 9:30 am to actually eat and it was quite picked over but what made the experience poor is that a lady yelled at us because we were trying to get juice from the dispenser. apparently, she had shut off the machine and it was only water coming out. She did not want us to use it. But we are just on vacation trying to relax no need to yell. Don't get me wrong the table next to us took a whole platter of Crescents leaving the tray empty and I am sure she was stressed as they were cleaning her out as they say. but that is not our fault. I did find out she is the owner of all things, but she lost it. I loved the artwork and books in the main lobby.

This property is close to train station Mogliano, which is connected to St Lucia train station at the heart of Venice. Hotel was great, offering scrumptious breakfast. They could provide coffee machine in the room to add further value. Enjoyed our 2 days stay there.

Terrible hotel
This is not a 4 star hotel. The lobby is renovated but the rooms are old and worn out. Not enought lighting in the room and no ammenities like kettle or microwave. The WiFi is abbysmal. The staff is helpful and responsive

It’s good. The breakfast had no hot food, just sandwiches, fruit, coffee, teas, cereals deserts, etc. it’s very close to the beach (3 minute walk) and several markets. I stayed with my girlfriend
