Not clean the rooms no refrigerator and the towel are supposed to be changed, same towel 4 day and your microwave is derty please improved your service am not coming back to your hotel anymore the hotel dose not what the money.

Its clean and the staff are friendly. The only i dont like they dont have lift so my elderly need to take stairs and we need to carry our 2 luggage go up to the room. The room is fine for the amount you paid for. But the room smell of cigarettes so we need to spray perfume. Even after we came out from outside the room smell cigarette. The toilet ceiling is broken anytime can drop. The place is quite and easy access to bus and train going to venice. Overall don't expect to much to the price you paid for.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice. The location is very close to public transit and the train station. Having said that, the hotel itself is extremely dirty and needs a serious deep cleaning, as well as updating. The shower, walls, and sheets had mystery stains. The location seemed fairly busy as well, so street noise as well as noise from the hallways and hotel were very loud. Good for a one night stay for the price but would recommend spending a little more for a better hotel..
