Great location
Nice hotel. Breakfast was a little lacking but we slept through it mostly after going the first day. Great walking distance to St. Mark’s Square and water taxi. Would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed the location and the great shops around it. It was a little hard to find even with mapquest but it was also raining so it got a little frustrating to find the hotel. But the room was nice and cozy.

Loved it!
The breakfast was very good here, very worth it! Location was amazing, we were so close to St Marks Square and not too far from the water taxi. There is main gondola entrance near the hotel so it was always busy by the front hotel. But this hotel faces a quiet square. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. I will be staying here when I go to Venice next time!

We were on the 4th floor with access to a lovely balcony. The downside was the elevator only went to the 3rd floor. That would not have been an issue if we didn’t have 4 pieces of heavy luggage and 2 backpacks to drag up the last flight of stairs. Loved the location close to St. Marks Square. Great breakfast in adjacent hotel.

Venice in late october
Great location. Breakfast was good including hot food. Room was very small and shower was too. The crowds were starting to thin out which made it more pleasant for sightseeing

Oldie but goodie!!
Older hotel but very clean. It was a little hard to find. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast was included at the sister hotel around the corner. Convenient to everything. Took a private water taxi to airport from canal right outside the door.

This hotel has excellent location 5 min. walk to San MArco Square. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small, but adequate.

Well situated, quiet, clean, and very delicious breakfasts The bed was hard as a board and the pillows just as bad but the pleasant staff made up for a the sore neck and back.

Very close to San Marco and the public water transportation. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Both bedroom and bathroom look updated, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I give it high marks.

The property was well kept and the staff was incredibly accommodating to anything my friend and I needed. Checkout was easy and they had some food ready for us when we had to leave super early!

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was furnished exactly how i imagined a hotel room in Venice would be. Everything was clean and lovely. I do not understand how anyone could make any of the negative comments i had seen in the reviews before i booked. This hotel definitely enhanced my experience in Venice. Being located right beside the gondolas was also nice. This hotel had the best breakfast of any of the hotels i stayed atv in Italy.

This hotel was perfectly located. The staff was very helpful and it was easy to find from the vaporetto stop at Piazza San Marco. The breakfast was delicious and had a great assortment. Overall a quiet and pleasant stay!

The staff was excellent. The reception was in the adjoining Hotel Violino D'Oro, which was easy to find, but slightly inconvenient. The location is excellent, in walking distance to the major sights.

OK Home Base for Venice
The breakfast that were included were very good, the location is perfect,not far from St Mark's Square. The rooms a pretty small, the bed was hard, but the staff were friendly and helpful! So overall, it was a decent place to stay and explore Venice.

The rooms are TINY. It was okay for one night, but I would not do more than that. Bathroom has been refurbished, but not the room. Furniture has been there for a while and mattress not the most comfortable. Hard to maneuver 2 people in the small room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great, especially for gondola rides. Breakfast done well. They really have a little something for everyone. Overall fine place with everything you need, just pretty small.

This is a nice, smaller hotel a little off the beaten track. They are around a back corner, but that makes for quiet rooms. Desk available 24 hours. Nice room. Expecting 2 singles, but it was 1 double. Bathroom nice for Italy moderately priced hotels. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was outstanding. No one at the desk but that was handled by the staff at the hotel next door, where breakfast was. Room smaller than I liked. Bathroom even smaller. Had to step out of the shower to turn around.

Great location, comfortable rooms needing repair
Excellent location if you want to be close to the main tourist sites. The hotel has a nice breakfast and comfortable but small rooms (but hey, its Venice. Space is at a premium). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities in the room could use a little work. The stand for our tv was broken and likely to snap in half if touched and there were at least a couple power outlets that did not work.

Elevator doesn’t go to all floors and bad wifi
The room was average, but the elevator only went to the 3rd floor and we were staying on the 4th floor. The breakfast was based in a separate building, so we had to walk outside, down the street and around afew corners to get there. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the wifi was terrible and there was nearly never someone at the front desk
