It features a double bed and a double sofa bed with an 18 cm mattress, a modern fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and elevator.

The highlight is the furnished terrace, perfect for breakfast outdoors or relaxing after a day in the city.

Your stay includes all essential amenities for a comfortable and worry-free experience: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish and laundry detergent, bed linen, blankets, and a set of 3 clean towels per person in different sizes.

Airport transfer to and from Venice and Treviso airports is available on request, with the price agreed during the booking.

You may also leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can enjoy the city freely.

You will complete a self check-in, or if needed, we will welcome you in person at the agreed time and do our best to make you feel at home right away.
We will always be available by phone or chat for any questions or needs.
Once inside the apartment, we will provide all useful information about the area and public transportation.
We will also be happy to advise you on how to enjoy a pleasant vacation while spending as little as possible.

At check-in, all guests must present a valid ID, as required by Italian law.

The city tax is €4 per person per night (maximum 5 nights) and must be paid on arrival:

in cash.
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
For example, if you are 2 guests but would like separate beds or an extra bed, please inform us in advance. An extra fee of €15 per night applies.
