  • Apartment on the third floor, very bright, located in the Historic Centre, only 200 metres from the Rialto Bridge and less than 10 minutes' walk from St. Mark's Square. The apartment is furnished in a modern and refined style and consists of: spacious living room with dining table and sofa bed, a complete kitchen, two double bedrooms and, finally, a bathroom with bath/shower. Upon request, two additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

    Dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié l'appartement spacieux et lumineux, nous avons utilisé les 3 lits confortables mais un rideau aurait été utile pour l'intimité du couchage du salon. Les 4 étages à monter sont à préciser car à Venise on marche beaucoup ! Mais la proximité de la Pescheria est très appréciable ! La rue est tranquille malgré la proximité du Rialto sauf le matin à 6 h où les livreurs de l’hôtel à côté parlent fort mais les fenêtres fermées isolent bien du bruit. La clim gagnerait à être nettoyée ou révisée car elle fait du bruit avec le fan et n'est pas très puissante. Il faudrait plus de vaisselle pour cuisiner, il n'y a que le minimum, pas assez de casseroles, saladiers et bols. Mais en "bons français" on a réussi quand même à se régaler avec les excellents produits du marché. Dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié cet appartement. Propreté impeccable et réaction rapides du propriétaire à chaque besoin notamment pour les précisions à l'arrivée qu'il faudrait redonner : la sonnette ne marche que si l'on appuie pendant au moins 2 mn et le nom est "location touristique" et pas "ca sturion". L'immeuble est très calme.
