There are no bilingual staff here, so should you not speak Spanish and you have any issues you will have problems. The building is showing it's age and basic amenities such as internet are not great. Even the TV in the room required updating and maintenance as it had horizontal lines throughout. This brings me on to the main issue of this stay, which was maintenance. Although the hotel sent two emails on the actual day of arrival (one in Spanish and the other in English) stating the opening times of all their facilities. NONE were available due to maintenance being carried out. You would think having two pools for example, that you split when you close either but not here. Didn't even stay the full duration and rebooked into another hotel. The room wasn't exactly like the photo. The ocean view was limited (which is why they charged me more money). I still saw the mountains. The dinners were terrible and uncreative; everything was repetitive. The food hygiene was questionable because there wasn't a single meal that suited me or my companion."
