The room was very clean and staff were so welcoming and kind. The breakfast was exceptional.

Great location, near train station, 10 minutes drive to Central station and express airport station. Nearby of supermarket, 711, restaurants and shopping center. We arrived at 3pm, our room was ready, so we were happy. When we got to the hotel, there were no line so we greeted right away. The room is small for the 4 of us, 1 big luggage, 2 carry on luggage, 2 backpacks. we were on the 8th floor, the windows got blocked by 3/4 with a huge, we were facing the residential building. There was no drawers to put our clothes in and no places to put our toiletries (make up bags) in the bathroom. The bathroom small, with walk in shower. The shower pressure is weak, they only provided us with body wash/shampoo combo, hand soap for the sink, plenty towels and toilet papers. The breakfast staff are very busy and work really hard. You know that they are there to work and that's all. The breakfast food varieties are good and tasty. The hotel lobby are clean and plenty tables and chairs to hang out and rest. Overall, this hotel is great for location and breakfast included.

Room was modern and spotlessly clean. It was also very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was limited in terms of options but was of good quality and perfectly adequate. There were free coffee refills throughout the day. The hotel is on a busy main street with plenty of shops and restaurants in close walking distance.
