"The pictures on line are older, and do not reflect present conditions. We enjoyed our stay, great location. BUT, the place badly needs to be updated and is not well maintained. Just a lot of little things. The biggest problem was that the host was not truthful when asked about the hot tub. I specifically asked if it was working (because of earlier reviews) and was told it was working, it was not, probably has not worked in awhile, the pump motor is buried in sand. We loved the wildlife, howler...

"I have never have stayed right on the beach. With this vrbo, we did. Omar, the caretaker, was awesome. If we had any concerns, he was there to help us. It felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. It was also a nice touch to have a mini-tent set up to keep us in the shade. This came in handy with Costa Rican hot sun. Would definitely return."

"The host was very responsive and even late at night, she accommodated my group quickly. The house had everything we needed. beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen amenities. The only downside is that there are alot of ants inside the property but i know its common around the area so we got bit quite a few times unfortunately. The pool area has a grill and common area to share. Overall great experience, we definitely will be coming back."

"Wonderful property, perfect for our multi-generational family. Ana from Yellowfin Tours became our go between with staff, a big help and Google translate! Jimmy house manager was right on any issues! Mercedes and her crew kept us cleaned up and the pool guy was great! We used the recommended Chef for 3 nights, very good and very reasonable. We did rent the golf cars to get around town and to the restaurants and grocery. Sure beat the price of rental car we didn’t need, all our tours pick us up...
