The Agence de la Forêt Blanche is pleased to present a spacious apartment of approximately 60 m², ideally located at the foot of the slopes in Vars Les Claux, right next to the summer luge and on the upper part of the resort. Nestled in the Fibiere residence, just steps away from free shuttle buses and the first shops, this property offers both convenience and charm. The residence is secured with a coded gate for parking, although please note that spaces are not assigned.
The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds and a trundle bed. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sofa bed in the living room and another trundle bed, allowing for a flexible hosting capacity. The property includes a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate WC. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with electric hobs, dishwasher, oven/grill, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue sets, refrigerator, and hand blender—everything you need for a comfortable mountain stay.
The bright and spacious living room, enhanced by large bay windows, opens onto a generous balcony surrounded by larch trees, creating the unique sensation of being suspended among the branches.
