### Ski-In/Ski-Out: Spacious Apartment with Balcony, Pool, and Parking

The Agence de la Forêt Blanche presents this ideally located apartment in Vars Les Claux, featuring a spacious and bright living room with access to a LARGE BALCONY.  
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, kettle, and filter coffee maker.  
Sleeping arrangements:  
One large enclosed double bedroom  
Three additional beds in the living room: a single sofa bed and a trundle sofa bed (two singles)  
  
Extras in the apartment:

Vacuum cleaner  
Very large TV  
Bathroom and separate WC  
Access to a heated swimming pool  
Final cleaning is not included, and bed linen & towels are optional (€16 per person – please contact us for details).

Additionally, our agency offers ski equipment rental and lift pass booking to make your stay even easier.  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

This ski-in/ski-out residence is ideally located close to the resort centre, yet in a quiet setting and right next to all amenities.  
Just steps from the Point Show area and its shops, it offers reserved parking spaces with a gate and digicode access. Once parked, you can easily get everywhere on foot. Ski schools are nearby, and you can walk to the resort centre or to the sledging slope.  
After a day on the slopes, the residence’s swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing dip.  
The residence also provides Wi-Fi access and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (these services are payable on site).  
Please note: the swimming pool is open ONLY during the tourist seasons, generally from mid-December to early April in winter, and from early July to late August in summer. It remains closed during the off-seasons, outside these periods, which usually coincide with the opening of the ski lifts (dates may vary each year).
