The ideal starting point for this - whether for two, with family or friends - is the Kaptains Huus in a central but quiet, beautiful location just behind the dike! The Kaptains Huus captivates with its brightness, the modern winter garden, its spaciousness and the charming combination of cozy Nordic flair combined with elegant and high-quality modern equipment down to the smallest details. On the ground floor there is the winter garden with a spacious dining table, the modern fully equipped kitchen with an inviting counter including two bar stools, as well as the living room corner with enough seating for 6 people including a 52 "Smart TV and one that can be swiveled up to 90 degrees cozy fireplace. You can also connect the Internet radio to your mobile phone via Bluetooth. So you can listen to your favorite radio stations or music you have brought with you from home. The entrance area is equipped with a cloakroom and a large full-length mirror. The shower bath with a floor-level tropical shower on the ground floor offers a practical alternative with full comfort to the bath tub on the upper floor. There is a utility room right next to the stairs, with everything you need on vacation (incl. Dryer and washing machine, drying rack etc.). In the sideboard under the large TV you will find a. Games and books for young and old. For the little, very welcome guests there is also a colorful children's table with two chairs for playing, eating and lingering. Via one of the two patio doors you can also reach the spacious south-facing terrace, which can be used in the shade even on sunny days thanks to the awning. There are tables, chairs, loungers and a grill ready for you. Of course you can also use the garden. From here you can take a short flight of stairs directly to your private car park. So your luggage or your purchases do not have to be carried far. There are three bedrooms upstairs. Wir haben zu viert in diesem Ferienhaus gewohnt und uns für dieses Haus entschieden,weil es drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer hat.Leider ist am Anreisetag der dazu gehörige Stellplatz bereits durch ein anderes Fahrzeug besetzt gewesen,eine Beschilderung welcher Stellplatz zu welchem Haus gehört,würde auch dem letzten Feriengast den richtigen Hinweis geben.Die nächste Überraschung ließ nicht lange auf sich warten und zwar im oberen Badezimmer beim Duschen.Der ebenerdige Abfluss des Duschbeckens war komplett zu,was in kürzester Zeit zu einer Überschwemmung geführt hat.Leider gab es im ganzen Haus noch nicht mal einen Aufnehmer und somit musste das Handtuch zum Aufwischen herhalten.Wir haben umgehend die Agentur per Email kontaktiert und es wurde auch umgehend reagiert und eine Reinigungskraft zu uns geschickt.Das war sehr vorbildlich.Allerdings war die Email-Adresse in der Infomappe nicht korrekt.Am vierten Tag geschah das Gleiche in der unteren Dusche und auch hier hat die Agentur wieder in kürzester Zeit reagiert.Was wir auch nicht unerwähnt lassen möchten,ist die nicht wirklich gute Ausstattung in einem so hochpreisigen Ferienobjekt.Es gibt keinerlei Ablageflächen in den Duschen für Shampoo,Duschgel,Seife u.s.w.,es muss alles auf den Boden gestellt werden.Im Bereich des Wintergartens hat man keine Möglichkeit des Sichtschutzes b.z.w.Sonnenschutz und das Haus heizt sich bei Sonneneinstrahlung ungehemmt auf.Schade auch,das in nur einem Schlafzimmer ein Fernsehgerät angebracht ist,obwohl die Anschlussmöglichkeit überall gegeben ist.Heut zu Tage ja wirklich keine große Investition mehr,aber das war keine Überraschung,denn es stand ja auch so in der Hausbeschreibung.Wenn ein Haus für 6 Feriengäste geeignet ist,warum sind dann nur zwei Sonnenliegen und die auch noch ohne Auflagen vorhanden? Fazit:In der Ausstattung,zu dem Preis,nicht zu empfehlen. Das Ferienhausgebiet selbst liegt in schöner,ruhiger und strandnaher Lage und wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in Dangast verbringen dürfen. ##### Walter B.
