Located in Varazze, the holiday home "Bagetti" offers you a beautiful sea view. The 75 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and a selection of children's books.  
  
Enjoy the private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. The property is close to the Andrea Timossi motocross track and a forest trail starting behind the building, leading to the hamlet of Cantalupo in about 30 minutes on foot, and to Castagnabuona in another 45 minutes. There are also cycling routes on Monte Beigua. Public transport connections are within easy walking distance.  
  
One parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is nearby. Bicycles can be stored and washed in the garage. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Multilingual babysitting can be arranged on request (available for an extra fee). A shuttle service for mountain bike trails is also available (available for an extra fee).
