The staff are friendly and helpful, including assisting with luggage and taxis (cars cannot get all the way to the hotel because of the small alleys) and with booking tours (eg to Sarnath). Excellent views of the Ganges from the terrace and the roof. Heureusement pour nous, on avait pris un tour et eux ils ont prevenús l'hôtel et il y avait des gens qui nous attandais.
