My stay was exceptional. The included breakfast was delicious, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. I can’t wait to return to Helsinki and stay at this hotel again.

A stylish, comfortable hotel with an outstanding breakfast and the best overall staff experience.

Great location and unique building. Food was delicious.

Upon arriving to the hotel I was immediately met with a warm welcome and smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient and I was even given an upgrade which was a nice bonus. There was such a sweet note and dessert in the room on arrival. Staff have been friendly throughout my entire stay, always offering a warm welcome or helpful advice. The common kitchen was awesome, we made some eggs and bacon in the morning and had some snacks in the evening. Central location, easily accessible by...

Wonderful experience. Lovely atmosphere and great food. Cozy bed.

The staff was great, especially Faye, who helped us with bus and train schedule. The staff also accommodated us by checking us in early as we arrived at the Clarion long before our check in time. We were very appreciative of that. I would definitely stay there again And recommend it to anyone needing somewhere nice to stay. Breakfast was ok.my only issue is the cleaning staff did not clean our rooms on the second day. Overall everything else was great. Thanks Clarion the day and afternoon...

The room and service were great. The room smelled extremely moudly however, I did mention this to the front staff and I was told this is normal and to just open my window. I did my open my window and the smell lessened but was still there which made for an uncomfortable sleep. I was looking forward to a good sleep after an overnight flight so that was disappointing. Location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was great and the walks around the property were amazing. Also easy to get around Helsinki/Espoo, tram to downtown was just a few minutes walk.

Excellent stay. Best breakfast. Will stay here again.

This property was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very patient and helpful with any questions I asked. Further, the location was outstanding as it was an easy walk to the waterfront where we were able to take advantage of a boat tour. Also the Botanical Gardens were easily accessible at the back of the hotel area. A wonderful break before our cruise.

We had a really nice stay at Bob W! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and check-in was super easy. Everything went smoothly, and we felt right at home. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again next time we’re in Helsinki!

Location was great!
