« Une seule nuit passée dans cet hôtel et je regrette de ne pas y avoir passé plus de nuit car le cadre est très beau et j’ai adoré l’esprit design des salles communes. La chambre est sobre avec une literie confortable. Personnel accueillant. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Petit déjeuner pris à l’extérieur car avion à prendre très tôt. "Hôtel confortable bien placé par rapport à des trajets avec l'aéroport (notamment ligne de bus n°22 à proximité). 20 min à pied en traversant le pont pour se retrouver dans le magnifique centre de la vieille ville. Parking gratuit disponible sur place. Etablissement un peu trop gros à notre goût, cela se ressent dans la grande salle de petit déjeuner avec un fort afflux, mais c'était notre choix logistique. Nuit gâchée par une fracassante alarme intempestive déclenchée à 1h00 du matin, cardiaques s'abstenir. Juste un constat et pas d'excuses du personnel mais le service client des pays baltes côtoie le très bon et le pas du tout souriant, question de culture et d'histoire. Les clients logeant au 9e étage ont apprécié de descendre par les escaliers... Prix correct au demeurant."

"Excellent séjour au Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga qui a dépassé mes attentes. Un grand merci à Émilie à la réception pour son accueil, son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Le spa est parfait pour se détendre. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Personnel très à l'écoute. Petit bémol: les cocktails du bar du rooftop, bien que raffinés, étaient trop "fades" à mon goût (Passion Colada). Le barman a bien fait son travail en nous expliquant la conception longue durée du cocktail et en nous en proposant un autre."
