While it faces the parking lot (not the port), it’s still in front of the marina. It’s also just a 2-minute walk to a Carrefour City and a great bakery. • Well-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen includes all necessary cooking tools, and even provides an umbrella for rainy days. • Free Parking: Though parking is not guaranteed (it’s visitor parking for the apartment building), we managed to find a spot during a busy long weekend, which was a huge plus given the central location. • Modern and Spacious: The apartment itself is large and modern, with elevator access. Cons: • Cleanliness Issues: The apartment was not properly cleaned. The microwave was greasy inside and out, dust covered the towel rack, washing machine panel, and bedroom shelves. I had to clean surfaces myself before using them. The recliner released black dust when used, and the stove light didn’t work. A strong cleaning product was also left on the shower floor, which felt unsafe for our toddler. Overall, it felt poorly managed and not professionally maintained. • Check-in/Check-out Hassles: Although the listing states that key collection is available between 8am–7pm, the process depends entirely on the key holder’s availability.
