The freezer in the fridge needed to be defrosted!!!! Maybe the fridge temp needs to be reset. Did not like the coffee that came out of the coffee machine in the room !!! Otherwise I had a great stay at Heathman lodge !!!! Thank you

The front is kind of a weird layout and not like most hotels where you can drive up with you things. Also we had to pay for a cot $15 a day

The room was dirty. It felt like a comfort inn vibe in terms of cleanliness. The sink wouldn't drain, the bathroom felt gross, the lamp didn't work well, the carpets were gross and the room smelled. There was a cigarette smell when we first walked in and when we came back from a dinner it smelled of sewage. Overall, it just was not great and not worth the price point. The staff were great though and the bed was comfortable; it felt like the only clean thing in the room.

Food service run by a separate company, all food options close by 9:45 and hotel staff pushes any food problems to food staff which whom dont really care about customer. Complain at your own risk.

Everything was amazing!! The area is pretty central to all things Vancouver, but I do warn that the beds are very uncomfortable in my opinion — hard memory foam

The Koi pond was beautiful. The property was beautifully decorated, and clean. Loved the sounds of birds in the hallway. We enjoyed the meal we got, and dessert!

It has an Ecco theme. As you walk down the hallways, they have birds chirping. Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful wood and artwork everywhere. A great gift shop and Hudson’s bar and restaurant- the best dinner we have ever had, walnut crusted warm Brie cheese, Berry Salad with mozarella mixed with cream and lots of berries on top, and excellent crab cakes. We LOVED this hotel!!!!

Beautiful lodge like hotel . Nice bar with great food . Bar tender super nice at happy hour . Wish bar had been open prior to check in though. Otherwise pretty perfect. Pool and hot tub clean and very nice.

I can actually over look almost anything if I get a good nights sleep. Nice place but our room was right between two large what seemed to be air circulation machines. They sounded like jet engines. Some people might find the constant hum soothing. Not me I was up all night. Lesson learned. Check out every thing about the room before you leave for evenings activities. A little late at 11 PM to complain.
