« The property was average, staff were helpful, but not proactive (room only serviced with fresh towels and trash emptied after our request when we returned to the room mid-afternoon on the 3rd day)! There were no towel racks in the bathroom, which we found odd and extremely usual?!. Perhaps the only plus during this stay was that the bed was comfortable, which is the only reason we gave our stay an average rating. »
