"Great neighborhood"

"We feel very lucky to have been able to reserve a room with a lovely panoramic view of Valparaiso and the bay. The staff were amazing, and the location excellent. We happened upon the Concepcion funicular, an inexpensive way to get down to the harbor area. The neighborhood has many walking tours to look at the street art. A shout out to the staff—Karen who checked us in and was so helpful, Pablo the manager and Melissa on the afternoon shift. Loved this hotel and would choose this one again. "

"The best place we stayed at in Chile! It was conveniently located close to attractions and all the good restaurants. Views are amazing, staff were super nice and greeted us with complimentary cocktails! Highly recommended place to stay!!"

"Loved the neighborhood and the view from the restaurant on the outdoor patio is amazing! Convenient location if you are taking a cruise. The hotel offers a shuttle. Only downfall is the hotel is hard to find. It’s situated down a path where no cars can go. You will need to walk a bit, and go down some stairs to get to the property. "

"Customer service very good, restaurant not the best food but great sympaty and willing to please the clients. The installations are old style but confortable beds and has everything for a quick stop during visiting the area."

"My family slept comfortably in a suite with 1 queen, 2 twin beds, and a a private bathroom. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The hostel has a very welcoming and warm feel to it. The common area has a fully functioning kitchen and access to fridges that you can store food in. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend!"
