Magnifique avec quelques bémols
Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel au cadre magnifique : vue splendide sur la montagne, piscine très agréable avec ses bedpools confortables, et un personnel vraiment adorable et attentif.
Cependant, trois points nous ont déçus :
• Pas d’eau chaude durant tout notre séjour (3 jours).
• Aucune carte indiquant les tarifs des consommations.
• Une nuit particulièrement difficile à cause de voisins ayant mis la musique à fond et chanté jusqu’à 3 h du matin, malgré nos demandes répétées de baisser le volume. Nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi le gardien n’est pas intervenu pour assurer la tranquillité des clients.
Dommage, car avec quelques améliorations, ce lieu pourrait vraiment être exceptionnel.

El personal del hotel es súper amable, nos pareció muy organizado, limpio y bonito. Le puse 4 estrellas porque no hay agua caliente y en el cuarto el ventilador hace mucho ruido. Pero recomendado para un plan familiar de descanso
