The host and the staff were wonderful. Location is great. We enjoyed their suggestions for visiting the fish market and the neighborhood above. And the breakfast was not only abundant but was delicious too!

Unique, with a lot of character!

Our stay at the Somercales Hotel was comfortable and it is located in the most beautiful neighbourhood of Valparaiso. Also, they serve a great breakfast each morning. But what we loved the best is the staff. The people that work at this hotel are so kind and warm. They really make you feel at home and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable!

This is the most unique hotel I have ever stayed. It offers the BEST view of Valparaiso (whole bay from the room I stayed). Super friendly staff and great breakfast with so many choices of food that are freshly made in their own kitchen. Of course, art is everywhere!

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Zero and can highly recommend it not only for the wonderful service, the views but it is the best location in the city for sightseeing. The staff were all exceptionally helpful.

I liked everything about this hotel!! Excellent location with a gorgeous view from 2 balconies. Beautifully restored, clean with such kind, helpful staff. Karin, who handled my many messages back and forth to her, patient ly, as well as, when I was there! You could tell she really wanted to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This was a great little boutique hotel. Our room came with a beautiful view of the port. The hotel does not have an elevator but desk staff carried our large suitcases up and down which was really appreciated. The restaurant in the hotel has an excellent terrace and we found the food to be good. We would stay here again.

Staff was fantastic, given Soap and shampoo with towel, cool vibe, very hipster. I lived hope easy it was to get everywhere from the hostel

We very much enjoyed our stay at Fauna. The room was large and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the city and is spectacular at night with lots of local quests and good food. The complimentary breakfast which included freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit, granola with yogurt, eggs, buns, cheese, meat and specialty coffee was both filling and tasty. Service was great! Location, great! But you need to always ask the staff to leave or to enter as it is good security. Car is parked in a locked parking so you need to ask to get stuff in out and to go. Downtown so location is perfect! But with downside like dogs barking at night and morning.

We loved this hotel for it's ambience that included artwork, guest lounges and nice gardens. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The property uses sustainable practices to minimize use of plastic and waste. Our only complaint was being woken up early by the noise of voices in a nearby room. Rodrigo was particularly helpful given our limited Spanish skills.
