« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Galos. Everything was perfect! Florencia greeted us upon arrival and mapped out an itinerary for us. She recommended Maleza restaurant which did not disappoint. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety and fresh eggs. The rooftop was a great addition. The view is fantastic and Pablo at the bar served great pisco sours. Felipe also provided us with some wonderful recommendations. The rooms were very clean and modern. The value for money cannot be beat....

"Cela aurait pu etre parfait tant le cadre la vue , le personnel, le resto , l'emplacement sont extras...gros bémol pour nous : le BRUIT. Isolation phonique défectueuse laissant passer tous les bruits de la nuit, chien qui aboient, alarmes d voitures, et des gens qui font de la musique ou parlent normalement mais, cela s'entendait mème avec la fenêtres fermée. et idem pas d clim, froid la nuit, trop chaud le jour. dommage sinon cela aurait été un merveilleux séjour."

"I can’t thank the staff (Italo and Nathalie) enough for making our stay wonderful. They helped us through the difficulties with the credit cards for the payment. ( see note below). The hotel is a jewel.. and well converted house, full of character. If you want spacious chain hotel … go to the Ibis, but if you want to experience a boutique hotel full of charm, with a wonderful roof top breakfast area with a view of the city, then this is for you. The location is ideal for exploring Valparaiso if you don’t mind the hills. We loved our stay in this city. Note of warning to French travellers: There is a general problem in Chile with Visa cards issued by French banks. When paying by credit card in hotels or for the guarantee deposit for a hire car… the cards do not work. The hire car company told us … it is always a problem with French cards. You have been warned. "
