Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG
My check-in was not geat. But,, it was not due to the Hotel staff. There wasa disgruntled costomer checking out and he was arguing about some charge on his bill. He was very ignorant to the lady and very disruptive for folks trying to check-in.

The unit I was assigned was a far cry from the pictures that were posted on the site during the booking process. I felt like I was the victim of a vicious bait-N-switch. I contacted the management and they required some serious convincing to switch me to a different unit... This can't be the first ...
