Residence Solevacanze offers beautiful and stylishly furnished vacation apartments for 2–8 people in Sardinia.

The vacation apartments (starting with Type K and up, all equipped with 2 bathrooms: each with a sink, bidet, shower, and toilet) are spacious and feature a garden and, depending on the location, either a furnished terrace or a furnished balcony with a sea view.

In keeping with our family’s philosophy, all vacation apartments were designed and built with attention to detail.

The wide range of options extends from comfortable one-bedroom apartments for 2 people (Type K mono), two-bedroom vacation apartments for 3 people (double bedroom plus living room with a sofa bed: Type K) to 3-room vacation apartments for 3–4 people (= 2 double bedrooms plus living room: Type K plus), 3-room vacation apartments for 5–6 people (= 2 double bedrooms plus a living room with a double sofa bed: Type L), 4-room vacation apartments for 5–6 people (= 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom plus a living room with a double sofa bed: Type L Plus) all the way up to 5-room vacation apartments for 8 people (= 3 or 4 double rooms plus a living room with a double sofa bed: Type M or M Plus).

All accommodations are high-quality and tastefully furnished in the Sardinian style and fully equipped.

The Solevacanze vacation apartments also feature air conditioning, which provides welcome coolness in the summer and cozy warmth in the winter, satellite TV, and a washing machine.

The spacious outdoor area also offers guests the opportunity to barbecue. Privacy is also ensured on the garden terrace or balcony.

We also offer internet (Wi-Fi) in the lounge at our reception desk.

Within walking distance, you’ll find 3 restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable vendor, a tabacchi (magazines and tobacco products), 4 bars, a church, an ice cream shop, 2 playgrounds, and, of course, the local sandy beach, which stretches almost 15 km eastward. To the west, you’ll also find a rocky coastline (ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving).

Thanks to the vacation apartments’ quiet yet central location—nestled in a beautiful landscape—you can enjoy not only relaxation on-site but also a wide variety of interesting activities throughout Sardinia.

About 500 m away is one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches in the north of our island of Sardinia.

The main town of Valledoria (in the center of Sardinia’s northern coast) is 3 km away and offers numerous shops, restaurants, banks, a pharmacy, medical specialists, and supermarkets. All amenities are open year-round in both La Ciaccia and Valledoria.

In less than 20 minutes by car, you’ll find numerous fascinating beaches, charming, typical Sardinian villages, countless reminders of an impressive history, and picturesque natural scenery.
