This is one of the nicest hotels in Aosta, right by the main square, Piazza Chanoux, and close the Roman ruins, cathedral, restaurants and stores. I highly recommend it!
This was a great location for walking from the train station. The rooms were modern and had good sized bathroom. Elevator to all floors. The little restaurant had lovely afternoon tea. Very close to the town square and all the shops and restaurants. WiFi needed code every use but was a strong connection.
Such a good spot! Lovely comfortable rooms, steps away from the main drag, and an absolute jewel box of a breakfast area- straight out of a Wes Anderson movie with treats to match and the sweetest staff. Seems like the restaurant was recently updated. Striking views of the mountains right outside.

Stayed overnight on the drive from Geneva to Lombardia. The hotel is tastefully decorated with comfortable bed and what I think were Egyptian cotton sheets. Very nice hotel! Will surely return one day!!
A great place to stay, the gentleman at reception when we arrived was excellent, and we had a fabulous room, breakfast was sketchy at.best ordered the same thing twice, and it didnt arrive decided to leave it as we were due to get back onthe road
Wonderful stay. Lovely staff and room. The only improvement I would say is to offer more toiletries (lotion, soaps) in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay again. Great location!
The hotel was great and within walking distance to the Roman gates. Staff was super helpful, especially the front desk gentleman. Got me a reservation at a local restaurant on a busy Saturday and really made my stay amazing. Went above an beyond to help me as their guest.

Generally everything was good but is this 4 star ? Great breakfast nice service ,but restaurant not operating in the evening was surprising for a 4 star hotel ? The check in was not helpful . I was expecting to pay for the two days on arrival but they made fuss and wanted an extra deposit ? I refused they seem not trust their customers and need a deposit this is very annoying . I have never been asked for a deposit before though I have often paid for the whole room stay in advance ! Then the other surprise was that they charge extra for breakfast around 12 Euros which I had to pay separately cash why not put in and add it to the room in the first place ? It is a classic case a nice stay ruined by stupidity in the reception some were more helpful than others and the management should take a rain check and sort themselves out !! One good point is the location it is very central , near railways and bus stations.

We would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay in Aosta city centre.
We are happy to know that you found everything generally satisfying. As you well noted, the location of our hotel is excellent, just a step away from the main city square, and very close the railways and bus stations.
Also, the great breakfast and service that you mentioned in your comment is really important to us. The fee for the full buffet is EUR 12.50 per person per day only, and it can be discounted to EUR 10.00 if guests choose to add it on arrival for the whole stay. We trust it is a very good deal for the quality and variety offered, and your feedback confirm this.
In regards to your check-in, we believe you might have not noticed that your booking was made last minute without the need of communicating the credit card details to the Online Travel Agency you booked with.
As per international standards, we always request the minimum garantee of a credit card to all our guests, this is the reason why we asked you this information on arrival.
Unfortunately you refused to give it to us, and that's why the front desk clerk correctly requested you the settled your stay. We remind you as well that you also refused to add breakfast on arrival, and that's why it was added to your room bill later.
As you imagine, it is disturbing to receive offences on reviews, however it would hurt only if true. The attention and dedication of all our team is always recognized and appreciated by the great majority of our guests.
