"Clean room and comfortable"

"We had a wonderful experience at the Drury Inn and Suites. We will definitely be back again."

"My room was double booked so i had to switch to a room with no balcony and a full sized bed(def not queen as advertised). Then at roughly 7am loud alarms with buzzers above the bed started going off for several minutes. This happened a few more times throughout the morning before checkout. Fire department showed up. No fire. I notified Hotels.com customer service who told me Anthem house wouldnt even respond so im not getting compensation. I almost never leave bad reviews even when deserved and i didnt intend to waste my time with it but i got an email bothering me to leave a review so here it is. "

"Room that was already paid for, was given away, left me stranded in the middle of the night after flight delay. ZERO help given, no check in place, the guy on the phone was like Sorry. Would NEVER trust this place."

"Beautiful location and the rooms were lovely. We have been travelling for 10 days and this was definitely the nicest place we have stayed at, and it wasn't any more expensive than the other places we've stayed."

"The hotel was located in convenient access to shopping and restaurants. The staff were efficient. The breakfast was fresh and had a good selection of food to choose. The room’s bed was very comfortable with ample pillows and nice bedding. Bathroom was clean and stocked with toiletries & towels. The only issue that was bothersome is that the carpet is in need of replacing. It detracted from my giving another star. I would still recommend this Holiday Inn for its overall cleanliness and its amenities. However, I would recommend the carpet be replaced because it does detract from the room’s general comfort. "
