Nice stay

Very nice place to stay for a night so we didn’t have to go into the city. Might be hard to navigate checkin if you are not. Spanish speaker but we found the room comfortable and clean and enjoyed our stay

The accommodation is not a hotel It is located far from Valencia, that is, it needs transportation There are buses The room is large, space is what it has to spare If you arrive after hours it is complicated since Expidia does not provide you with the number of the establishment, if you go directly it is much easier, it has internal parking The manager, excuse me, I do not have her name, but she is better than a 5-star manager, she does whatever it takes for her clients, she has 10 stars, that's all If you go by car, the parking inside the establishment is a plus

Although it was confortable and mostly clean, it was not a good choice in quality price terms. Prices were surely affected by the Valencia Marathon that took place these days. There are few restaurants, groceries or facilities at a walking distance. However, transpoortation to the city works well.

Limited parking

It says has parking available, but the reality is that they have 5 spaces available. we arrived at 3:00 am at the hotel and there was no parking available. we had to park over a half mile from the hotel and walk. They don't tell you about the limited parking until the reservation is paid. which is very bad, especially when they say in their ad that they have parking.

siamo complessivamente contenti del soggiorno in questa struttura. la camera era molto spaziosa, ben arredata e i materassi/cuscini abbastanza comidi. anche il bagno, esclusivo, era molto ampio con il bidet. il wi-fi, gratuito in camera, purtroppo non funzionava. il servizio del personale sufficiente anche se abbastanza "assente"... solo una mattina su 3 abbiamo visto una persona. c'è da dire che la struttura è gestita come un b&b con accesso in autonomia con ceck-in a distanza o comunque in orari molto ristretti. la pecca, per noi, più importante è che è un po fuori mano con pochi servizi pubblici a disposizione (una sola linea metro con poche treni e una sola linea bus) quindi la sera tardi bisogna calcolare bene il rientro in struttura.

Trato fatal alas 23 h nos quedamos sin luz y estuvimos tres horas sin luz y vinieron y nos trataron de mala manera y está mañana nos han levantado gritando porqué la salida era alas 11 y nosotros pensábamos que era alas 12 y por 15mnts llamando y con malas maneras y gritandonos namas levantarnos muy mala experiencia

El lugar esta muy bien dependiendo de la habitacion que te den o tengas disponible, excepto las ultimas nuevas habitaciones que hicieron las demas habitaciones tienen mucho desgaste en general y todas o casi todas pierden agua en el jacuzzi ,hace falta un mantenimiento y renovacion

Nuestra experiencia en este establecimiento ha sido bastante decepcionante. Para empezar las fotos que muestra la empresa del establecimiento deben de corresponderse con tiempos pasados en los que tuvieron auge pero para nada es l realidad actual. Al llegar nos abrieron de forma remota la cancela ( en ningún momento tuvimos contacto directo con ninguna persona ) al entrar nos encontramos con un patio donde había un camión aparcado, maquinaria de gimnasio en muy mal estado apilada y sucia, un árbol de navidad gigante ( finales de marzo ) plantado en el centro, restos de lo que pudo ser una cámara de refrigeración con botellas de cava en su interior del año de la polca con ramas que habían entrado por la parte superior ( la supuesta cámara no tiene techo ) con más años y polvo que Matusalén. Acumulación de distintos trastos descuidados, sucios y desordenados ( maceteros viejos, mesas, sillas, botellas de cristal, piedras, … un desastre vamos ). El acceso a la casa se realiza por una puerta blanca que cuando la abres parece que estés entrando a la casa de drácula: oscuro, tétrico, nuevamente acumulación de objetos sin ningún sentido ni coherencia para la decoración de un establecimiento de este tipo: básculas de pediatría, monitores viejos y sucios apilados, todo tipo de enseres que parece que hayan ido recogiendo de otros lugares y acumulando allí a modo de trastero, … en fin, una experiencia nada agradable y desde luego no lo recomiendo en ningún caso.

Mónica es muy agradable, nos dejó tomar lo que quisiéramos de la nevera, nos hizo unos cisnes con toallas en la cama. Al encender las burbujas del jacuzzi salía mala olor y la ducha debía estar embozada ya que se llenó enseguida de agua el suelo. Situado en zona tranquila, y parking gratuito es un punto a destacar. Recomendable para escapada romántica y desconectar del día a día.

Goed waren de uitraling en de ruimte van de kamer, erg mooi. De vriendelijkheid en kleine ontbijtservice (die wij niet hadden verwacht) en de parkeerplaats op het eigen terrein. Verschrikkelijk was de lucht afkomstig uit de badkamer. Rioollucht en onvoldoende geventileerd, echt verschrikkelijk. Het dekbed was ook onprettig, doordat het een niet adememd dekbed was, was het veel te heet/benauwend.
