The gentleman at the desk was super proffessional and friendly. The bathroom was clean. Our towels were never changed and bed never made. But overall we had a good stay.

Pleasant Place to stay
Definitely a decent place. This hotel is clean, fresh, and everything is nice and new. Staff is pleasant too. The location is near the city center. But there are a couple of reasons why I’m not giving the highest-rating: 1. There was a sign in the bathroom stating that toilet paper can’t be flushed and must be put in the trash. I’ve never seen a request like that before and the sign was so tacky. 2) On the morning before checkout, my shower water wasn’t warm and the shower pressure was very poor. However, on the first of my two mornings there, it was fine.

Stayed for 1 night , not as close to the centre as you would think but the hotel very clean and Modern, friendly staff and comfortable bed!

　早めに予約したので料金は手頃だった。直近に確認したところ空きはなかった。バス駅と鉄道駅は徒歩も可能（２〜１km）市役所広場や観光施設もほぼ徒歩で行ける。中心繁華街のような喧騒もなく落ち着きのある場所だった。 　７泊したけれど最初の部屋はWi-Fiが圧倒的に遅く部屋変更してもらったところ､５ｍほどの違いで０〜１０から３００Ｍｂｐｓへと圧倒的に向上した。また、副効果として湯温量の改善､収納箇所増、ＰＯＬ増加があった。そのほか、エアコンは暖房使用暑いくらいまで上がる。ＴＶは部屋により異なり､当たりからはずれになった。窓、彩光､眺望の有無も部屋により異なる。希望があれば事前に伝えておくほうが良いと思う。 　朝食はないので､小型の冷蔵庫と電気ポットがあれば利便性は相当向上すると思う。

Pulito ed eccogliente , Posizione ottima , camera e letto piccolo. pecca sui servizi, acqua spesso fredda dopo pochi minuti di doccia causa caldaia in comune, sciacquone semi rotto e l unico phone disponibile per gli ospiti semi rotto ( scintille).

Ottimamente collegato al centro con mezzi pubblici personale rispettoso e gentile ottima pulizia bagno in ordine con prodotti omaggio la stanza affacciava su un cortile interno ma nessun problema camera ottimamente climatizzata. Posto semplice economico e funzionale da consigliare.

Location piuttosto comodo perché a metà strada tra la città vecchia e la città delle arti e delle scienze. Check-in rapido e cordiale. Camera e bagno puliti e forniti dell'essenziale (a parte l'assenza del phon). La stanza però era completamente buia perché dava su un cortile molto piccolo e con scarsa luminosità. Inoltre ci sarebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione (box doccia rotto e quindi di difficile utilizzo).

Solo nos gustaron las dos personas que estaban en la recepción que fueron muy amables. La habitación no tenía absolutamente nada de luz natural, la ventana no se podía abrir porque daba a un patio interior minúsculo que olía fatal y tuvimos que dormir toda la noche con el aire acondicionado. Solo había luz en el techo de la habitación y era blanca, muy fría. La ducha de nuestro cuarto de baño no funcionaba y teníamos que salir a ducharnos a un baño exterior. Aunque nos rebajaron por ello el precio, la solución no compensaba. Habíamos reservado para dos noches, pero nos cambiamos a otro alojamiento después de la primera.

J'ai dormi dans une chambre simple, avec un petit lit. La chambre donne sur une petite cours, en rez de chaussée. La chambre donnait sur la réception, avec une porte toujours ouverte donc du bruit permanant. Les murs sont ultras fins, on entend tout. Vous aurez de la chance si vos voisins sont seuls... Pour une nuit ou deux, c'est passage mais pas plus.
