Upon entering, you'll find the living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and key appliances such as a coffee maker, stove, kettle, and microwave. For your convenience, the property includes a washing machine and ironing equipment if needed. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two comfortable single beds, ensuring a restful stay for all guests. All beds come with hotel-quality linens. The bathroom is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is situated in Valencia, within the vibrant neighbourhood of La Saïdia. Nearby, you'll find the Jardines del Real (Royal Gardens), a historic park perfect for leisurely walks and relaxation. The Museo de Bellas Artes de Valencia (Museum of Fine Arts) is also in close proximity, showcasing an extensive collection of artworks. The vicinity offers a variety of dining options, from traditional Spanish tapas bars to international cuisine. Local markets and shops provide fresh produce and unique goods, enhancing the neighbourhood's charm. The area is well-connected by public transport, with several bus stops and metro stations nearby, facilitating easy access to the rest of Valencia. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest tram stop, Marxalenes, is just a 3-minute walk. Valencia Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Free street parking around We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Lovely bakery (Butter Pasteleria) which was great for breakfast only a few minutes walk away. Kids park also very nearby. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have a washing machine and some key essentials on arrival eg washing up liquid. Only downside was there were roadworks happening right outside when we were there and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but that did seem common when you walked around areas of Valencia generally. ##### Kate S.
