The hotel is located in an excellent place. You can walk to the City of Arts and Sciences, and there are also numerous restaurants nearby. The location is very quiet yet central. The "Red Bus" stops right across the street. The hotel offers excellent restaurant service, and the breakfast is fantastic. I highly recomend it.

The rooms are dated as well as the public areas. It needs some updates. The bathroom smelled and was the first thing you noticed entering the room. The A/C was working on and off. The staff was nice and the location is great.

Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Booked for 2 nights. Staff friendly and accommodating. Had an early flight and arrived early at the hotel, was lucky and very grateful to have a room available 2 hours early, was only expecting to drop bags and check in later. Very nice and comfortable room. Fantastic views and despite the road was not disturbed by noise at all. Slept very well. Very short walk to the bus stop or a pleasant 20min walk through the park to the metro (longer when stopping to smell the orange blossom). Grateful for bag storage on final day as flight was late evening. Would recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was clean, spacious reception with excellent helpful staff. Room more than adequate for a one night stay, very comfortable. Hotel was ideally situated between the Arts and Sciences and the old town. It was by the bus stop for the hop on hop off bus which ran fairly frequently. Breakfast was excellent, catered for all with full and continental. Would rebook if in Valencia again.

Great stay, would go back in a heartbeat

I would highly recommend Exe. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food in both, breakfast and dinner, were outstanding. So was the service provided by all the staff members everywhere, dining, and lobby. Very close to the more modern section of the City; yet still walkable (30 min) to old town.
