Really please with our whole experience. We got a deal for a night free which made the apartment more affordablemoverall fornour stay. It is excellently located - especially for the Easter Semana Santa celebrations, beach and transport with many fabulous amenities on the door step too. The online check in service prior to arrival was super smooth and the staff were great at responding to any questions. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Valencia as was a little home.away from home!

We loved our stay at Valencia Luxury-Calma Beach apartments! The apartment was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The location was a five minute walk to the beach with lovely beach side restaurants but also restaurant choices nearby! The bus to the Valencia city centre was right across the street of the apartment which was very convenient!! Would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Valencia and will stay there again when we find ourselves in Valencia again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very good location, view from the corner appartment (4c) is excellent. Nice restaurant with breakfast(12 euro)/dinner options on a ground floor. Supermarket is just 5 min walk on a same street. Police station across the road makes all safe and out of noisy musik etc. Dirty walls,windows, curtains, sofa needs also a wash.

COCKROACHES IN THE BEDROOM. My friend and I stayed here one night and there were multiple cockroaches in the master bedroom that came out at night. We tried to get rid of them but to no avail. They were HUGE and fast. We called the WhatsApp number of the host at 2am and explained the situation as well as sent photos. He said there is nothing we can do except send a colleague to assess the situation and try to get rid of them. Nobody came. We were awake all night because the cockroaches were running around and we had no bed to sleep in. In the morning I asked for a refund or to be moved to a different room free of charge for an additional night because we had not slept and couldn’t travel today, they refused. They would not answer my calls but sent ChatGPT responses via WhatsApp. They insisted they had “reviewed the situation carefully with management” and determined nothing could be done except a sincere apology, and they thanked us for understanding. Their communication was inconsiderate and demeaning. We confirmed the Spanish consumer laws protected us, which they do, and the host still refused any solution. We asked them to confirm that they would not find a solution so we could include it in our official complaint to the Valencia tourist board and now they will not respond. We spoke to another guest and asked if they had noticed any cockroaches and they said yes, they had seen them in the hallways. Sounds like this is typical. If you want a comfortable stay do not book

Fantastic stay, loved the apartment. Had everything we needed and was easy to access and transport was great. Was quiet in the area on Tuesday when we arrived at 9pm but that's normal for the area which we didn't realise. Can't recommend this apartment enough. Will stay again.

Quand nous sommes arrivés la Clim etait à 17 degré. Du coup les aérations coulaient. J’ai dû éponger en arrivant. En plus la chaudière a une fuite donc il a fallu éponger pendant tout le séjour. Je l’ai signalé et on m’a juste donné des serviettes. Et la salle de bain et les toilettes n’étaient pas nets. Un poil retrouvé. Très décevant vu le prix. Et aucune compensation pour la gêne

Si no fuera porque el marco de la ventana estaba roto y entraba ruido y frio, la puerta del baño desencajada o la puerta de entrada se golpeaba por la corriente, el resto del apartamento estaba limpio y nuevo. Piden fianza de 100€ que luego te devuelven. La terraza y piscina no era la epoca. Pero estuvimos muy a gusto con todo lo demas.

Etablissement propre et bien situé sur Valence avec des moyens de transport proches. L'appartement est bien équipé et propre,par contre un bruit permanent venant du rez de chaussée (pompe ou climatisseur je n'ai pas pu savoir) empêcherait de dormir les personnes au sommeil léger,éviter donc l'appartement 1 C à moins que les travaux soient réalisés. Attention aussi aux difficultés de stationnement,touyes les rues aux alentours sont très fréquentées.
