Right in the heart of centre apartment was clean and modern. Complimentary water and toiletries. Managed through cosmo hotel near by where reception staff provided codes at check in. Housekeep every 3 days which would of preferred 2 for towels

Apartment is very clean. The furnishings are in good condition. Very centrally located, about 5 minutes to the Central Market. Many dining options within a short walk Staff very accommodating and helped booking taxis. Valencia is a fun and interesting city. Something new and different around every corner

I stayed in unit 12. Everything with check in was great. Friendly staff very cooperative. The location is great. The unit is small but well equipped. The problem is that there is a horrendous sewer smell in the room that apparently enters through the building drainage pipes. It is a very strong smell that persists even with open windows and letting the water run.

Very nice apartments
I booked a group into Wallace Apartments. The experience was great. Very nice apartments each with separate lounge and bedroom. Clean and well appointed. There was a bit of noise from the street outside (no double glazing) but otherwise very good!

Great choice in Valencia
Check in straightforward. Lovely clean and functional apartment that is very well located for sightseeing. Good kitchen for cooking, the only thing I would suggest would be that the addition of a chopping board would be helpful and maybe supplying basics such as cooking oil. Highly recommended.

Great Apartment and Deal, Need to improve check-in
I was very happy with my stay at the Wallace apartments in Valencia. The only downside was that you don't check in at same location as the hotel - the front desk is a couple of blocks away in a different building. While there was a sign on the door explaining this, it was in Spanish, and in my jet lagged state, I didn't understand it very well. Fortunately, the folks at the bar on the first floor took pity on me and helped me out. I fell in love with the room when I walked in and the temperature was set at a very comfortable 18C, which was fantastic, since it was a very humid 85F outside and I had just finished walking a couple of blocks with all my luggage in order to complete the check in procedure. The apartment was in a great central area, was very clean, and had everything I needed to have a great stay. Very fast wifi, by the way, which was hugely helpful as well.

Wallace city break
Good location but a little noisy in the early hours. No reception so was difficult to leave our keys for an early checkout. Perfect for a couple of days self catering. We would stay again. No English tv even though bbc was on the channel list in the info.

Allow whatsapp communication. Conviniently located
Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with sufficient facilities. Beware that the check in point is different from the apartment location. It is located in city center so there would be some noises at night. Not for light sleepers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would come again.

A compact and modern, top floor apartment.
A compact and modern, top floor apartment on a predestrianised side street in the central part of the city. The check-in is at a local hotel, only a 3 minute walk away. The apartment was as described, clean and well maintained. Local restaurants and amenities are in walking distance, meaning we rarely used the metro to get around. There was a bit of noise early in the morning due to delieveries to local businesses on the street below, but this is to be expected in a city location. We were expecting a drainage smell based on other reviews. This was not as bad as expected and did not bother us, we believe it may have come from the street below and not actually the apartment itself.

Great rental choice!
Really nice, kitchen is well equip with pans, plates and silverware. There is a tv and pull out couch in living room. Tv and closet in bed room. Very clean bathroom. Absolutely great place to stay!

Nice apartment with central location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apartamentos Wallace. The apartment was modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and eager to help. The location is great - 15 min walk to market, 5 min walk to shopping district, and lots of great restaurants/cafes around. Another bonus is that it's quiet at night. Thank you for a great stay in a wonderful city!

Clean modern apartment in the center of Valencia
We had one night in Valencia, but it was so great to have a whole apartment with a refrigerator for our celebratory beverages, a parking garage to keep our rental car securely overnight just across the street from the apartment, and to be just in between the historic old center of Valencia and the more late 19th-century commercial center of Valencia, not to mention the bullfighting ring just a few blocks away. I'd love to come back for a longer stay!

Upon checkin, there's a jacket thrown on the sofa, I thought they gave me someone else's room. However, everything looked tidy. Being a little confused, I temporarily hung the jacket in the closet and walked around to inspect the apartment. Near the bed, I stepped on something... a piece of fingernail! And another one in the bathroom. I've stayed at numerous accommodations in the world, some may be dusty, but fingernails... never. I had no choice but picking them up and throwing them in the trash can. The moment I stepped on the third piece, a big one, near the sofa, I called the front desk and requested re-vacuuming. The housekeepers came and insisted the room is clean until I showed them the pieces in the trash can. Instead of doing a thorough job and covering the entire floor, she loosely vacuumed where I complained and asked, where else? With a "are you happy now" face. The apartment is much smaller than it appears in the photos. It is comfortable but the attitude of the housekeepers, both towards the guests and cleaning, raised a flag to me. Will not go back.

A Modern Treasure!
Our Wallace Apartment was an excellent acommodation directly in the old quarter of Valencia. It was modern, well equiped and well located to the RENFE train station. The reception was at the Lolita Hotel and the staff there were more than ready to assist with any of our queries. In Calle Moratin, where the Wallace Apartments are, there is a great cafe 'La Manera' where the barista makes a great flat white coffee, prepared just like we have it in Australia! Our night meal here was also of an exceptional quality and presentation. My husband and I would definitely recommend Wallace Apartments, as we appreciate a good location close to locally, well-made coffee and delicious food!

The holiday was very enjoyable, lots of site seeing. Metro convenient, though walking everywhere gave us insight into the local lifestyle.

Nice apartment close to old town
Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. It is 5 minutes from the old historical centre of Valencia and to the shops. Our kids slept on the sofa bed in the living room and 4 of us found it comfortable. It is slightly noisy but you have to accept this the fact that you are in the centre of town. The noise dies down by 2100hrs. Temperature in the room is easily controlled with the air conditioning provided.

great apartment. lots of space. didn't get a chance to using the kitchen, but it seemed good. overall, loved this space. One of the best places I've stayed at in Spain. Note that the reception is in a different building around the corner for check in. WIFI was adequate, but I find all the WIFI in Spain a bit slower.

An excellent and very clean apartment, which is a very good alternative to a hotel in central Valencia. Very central and close to shops and restaurants and only a short walk from the main train station. Very helpful and friendly receptionists, who spoke good English. Be aware when checking in that the reception isn't around the corner from the apartments.

The accommodation itself is very comfortable and is walking distance from terrific things in that central area of the city. THe reception desk staff who are at the Lotelito Hotel a couple of blocks away are super helpful. I have just a few issues with apartment: the bathroom is mis-designed. It is aesthetically pleasing but functionally problematic. -- an architectural cautionary tale. The shower is open part of the way unable to to closed completely. Rather than shower area being sunken a bit or the floor sloped toward the drain, it is raised. Thus the water goes all over the floor of the bathroom. Additionally, the lower part of the shower on a hose is not screwed into the pipe, it rather just slides on. If you move the wrong way with it, it slips off and there is from the pipe an across the shower area flow of water. Fortunately, I was able to push it back on when I needed to or it might have been more than the bathroom with water on the floor. Also, the apartments do need to have coin operated washers and dryers in some common area or in-apartment combination machines for guests as I saw no landerettes/landromats in the neighborhood.

Stayed for 3 nights for New Year 2016, after a day of staying in room 210 a attic realised all the other studio were larger, the ceilings were low no wooden beams like pictures on Hotels.com. felt very claustrophobic, we drew the short straw. Location excellent but paid over the odds110 euros each night, when advertised for 59 euros. I expected to pay more for new years, but not the other two nights. They make you pay before seeing your room. Had a great time n Valencia New year and the three kings celebrations on 5th Jan. Book in a more spacious apartment..

Overall a very nice place to stay: the place was recently renovated so is in pristine condition and a lot nicer than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in. The apartment is spacious and has a small kitchen and microwave with dishes, utensils etc. It is within a few steps of the town hall, numerous museums, restaurants, shops and the winding streets of the historic centre, train station

Really enjoyed this place. Check in was at a hotel around the corner, but very easy. There was a parking garage 1/4 block away that was very convenient, too.

Accommodatie was echt top! Ik zat in een twee persoons appartement met mijn vriendin en het is echt prima te doen. Ruim, super schoon en midden in de stad. Geen last gehad van overlast, maar zeker mijn voordelen eruit gehaald dat alles erom heen zo dichtbij was. Genoeg restaurantjes, winkels, barretjes en de rooftop bar is precies tegenover het appartement. Zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Ik kom hier zeker een keer terug. Communicatie is verder ook uitstekend en heel behulpzaam. 10/10
