"The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems."

Sent a message about extra items and they were delivered right away. Apartment and building both are very modern with top class cleaning. I assumed that the extra sleeping was only on a pullout sofa, which would’ve been terrible… But there was a loft with two beds above, so our unit could sleep easily for people comfortably and maybe a fifth. There was not a toaster oven, which was a disappointment. But otherwise there was the typical small European shower and kitchenette."

There is a fantastic bakery, fruit shop and decent supermarket all within a three minute walk of the property. We had visited Valencia before, so knew thr layout of the city and our property was very accessible to the centre(and only five minutes away from the wonderful Botanic Gardens). I really appreciated the powerful hairdryer!! The only criticism is that we could not get the stove top to work; ...

"Really good stay. If I had one complaint I would say hair-dryer. Having to hold your thumb hard on dryer on to keep it going was very difficult. This is not accessible for all especially with thumbs with arthritis. However my daughter in law also felt it tiresome. We’re not used to having to hold thumbs tight on anything. Coffee in room would be good too. "
