2/10 Terrible

"Pros: 1. The pool looks nice; however , we didn't use it. 2. The apartment is so big with huge balcony. Cons: 1. The Apartment and the balcony were so dirty. 2. The bathroom had tons of mosquitos everywhere. 3. No trash pins in the bedroom, the living area or the kitchenette. 4. You get hot water for just few minutes, after that it turns to cold. When we asked about it, we were told to have to be quick when you shower. 6. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. 7. We got the room so late, close to 4 pm so it was waste for our day."

"I would say this is a 4 star hotel at best. We definitely expected more from this hotel. The issues in isolation aren’t too bad, but combined, it has left us disappointed: * brought to our room 20 minutes after check in because it wasn’t ready. * The shower was clogged. They did address this immediately when we requested maintenance * One of the outlets beside the bed did not work. They addressed this immediately upon us bringing it up. * no fresh water available in our room when we arrived. * Pool deck is not in order - several slats should be replaced & majority of the loungers are sunken in. * Construction at the hotel that we did not know about upon booking. This didn’t impact us but it is worth noting. * Expedia listing is slightly deceiving as it mentions white sand beach. you can’t access this beach from the hotel. * Silly complaint but we are here on our honeymoon and saw other reviews were welcomed with a gift - we did not get this. Again, not huge deals in isolation but combined, this does not define a 5 star hotel. What’s good: * the location - 4.5/5, stunning views. * The breakfast is included - 5/5 - tons of options and open at reasonable times. * one gentleman at the pool - excellent customer service. Upon checkout we expressed our concerns and the response was “how would you like to pay” lol"

"Me and my partner stayed at this hotel, when it was advertised it wasn’t advertised as an apartment/hotel. The swimming pool was a little bit under the weather and needed a bit of a freshen up so we didn’t use it. The hot breakfast didn’t look very appetising so we didn’t eat it. If you’re needing somewhere to stay and not in the apartments much then this is ideal. We booked a room for 2 people and there was 2 beds and was quite spacious with a kitchenette. You also get a garage with some of the apartments!"

"This property was a great find! It was immaculate. The townhouses were nestled in well manicured landscaping. The club house was wonderful with breakfast that was decent. The location was 8 mins to the center of town. Our only observation was that the vilas was in need of modernization. The decor needed refreshing. The washing machine and dishwasher didn't work. The cooking appliance were great though and you had everything you needed to make a simple meal. Overall, we had a lovely stay and our dinner at the restaurant was amazing!"

"This is a fantastic extremely large house. There were 5 of us and plenty of room. The heated pool was definitely worth paying the extra fundsWe had a few issues on the first day I think mainly because we were first guest of the season but these were all responded to promptly The house is well equipped. A few thing missing like potato pealler and pool towels not provided. And some of the crockery was damaged but there was plenty so we just moved the broken stuff to one side. The house is in a really quiet location so we had a lot of rest which was our main aim of the holiday. Definitely a must to take mosquito repellent as we suffered quite badly. Overall a really great holiday. We explored lots of the local areas and had a really good holiday. "

"Our stay at this amazing villa near Carvoeiro was absolutely perfect. The spacious rooms and the beautiful garden provided the tranquil environment we were looking for, making it a wonderful base for our holiday. The customer support team was always available, and we appreciated how smooth everything was from booking to check-out. We definitely recommend checking out the boat tours the company offers it's a great way to see the stunning coastline!"
