Private: property 700 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 12 m, depth 150 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 m, bus stop 11 km, sandy beach "San Vito lo Capo" 29 km, shingle beach "Pizzo Lungo" 10 km, rocky beach "Tonnara di Bonagia" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Erice 9 km, Trapani/ Porto Aliscafo Isole Egadi 9 km, San Vito lo Capo 29 km, Segesta Parco Archeologico 30 km, Saline di Marsala 35 km, Palermo 95 km.
