"Staff were excellent! Truly amazing with their dedicated focus on guest needs and comfort. Room was OK with the bathroom needing some attention especially the stained bathroom / shower floors. We had to request a change of bed sheets & bed blanket due to stains and a tear in the bed sheet. Overal a beautiful unique property."

The hotel was beautiful, very clean nice amenities 5* and the staff were fantastic! The restaurant food was very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was a brief interruption in the internet service for a few hours, but it was resolved promptly. While there is no cellular network in the area—similar to many hilly regions in Kerala—the internet connection adequately compensates for it, allowing guests to stay connected if needed.
