The cosy residence l'ALBARON is located just 100 m away from the famous "la face de Bellevarde" ski slope, with a superb view over the Val d'isère ski area. The bright apartment will provide you with peace and quiet, for a guaranteed rest.
Tastefully furnished in a modern style with comfort, it has all the amenities to make a real cosy little nest.
It has an exceptional location, right next to the Bellevarde telecabine and the sports and aqualudic center, you'll find shops, bars and restaurants within just a 5-minute walk.
Ideal for summer vacations with its south-facing terrace and its numerous hiking trails
Equipped with WIFI, the duplex apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.
It has a private parking space in the residence's underground parking lot.
It has a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen on the 1st level.
The living room opens onto a well-oriented terrace overlooking the ski slopes.
The upper level is reserved for the "night" area, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The layout is as follows:
*A 1st "MASTER" bedroom (140 cm bed) with a private bathroom equipped with bath and WC.
*The 2nd bedroom has 4 bunk beds (size 90cm).
*The 3rd bedroom has a sofa bed (size 140 cm), and can be used as a "TV lounge" (ideal for children after skiing).
There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower and WC.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchen utensils, American coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and 1 raclette set, 1 fondue set.
The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
In front of the apartment’s door, you'll find a ski locker where you can leave your boots and other ski equipment.
There's also a private ski locker on the ground floor.
In this apartment, everything has been thought of to ensure that you have an excellent stay in a very cozy atmosphere.
The tourist tax (to be paid on the day of arrival) is 5,28€ per person (over 18) per day.
The apartment is non-smoking, parties are not permitted and pets are not allowed.
This very family-friendly residence is not suitable for groups of young people who come to enjoy the nightlife. Out of respect for those around them, there must be no noise after 10pm. For all these reasons, we do not accept groups of young people under the age of 30.
