I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean, updated, and literally a 3 min walk to the lifts! We liked the little extras of coffee packets and small shampoos & soaps that the owner provided. Plenty of dishes but only a microwave in this unit. We found we really didn’t miss not having a stove. The king bed was firm and comfortable. Montauk’s Seafood restaurant down below the condo as well as Bart & Yeti’s Bar and Restaurant. We would definitely rent this unit again! ##### Theresa E. But,the property is very worn Iand very dated. The fixtures are from the 70s as well as the interior kitchen bathroom and generalize architecture. The location is excellent but this is basically a Motel 6 about the size of a large bedroom. Do not expect any luxury items or interior. In addition there is no free parking you have to pay $45 a day for parking and it’s first come first serve- this is very tedious. ##### Neil P.
