The apartment shares the building with not one, but two of the most famous restaurants in Vail Village, you won't even need to step outside for world class dining. Walk to the mountain (Gondola One) in under 5 minutes. Bedrooms: The unit has two full bedrooms, each featuring closets, dressers, TV's with Xfinity cable and smart TV apps, WIFI, A/C, and luxury décor, including Matouk linens. The master has a king bed with off-suite bathroom, the second master has a queen bed with an on-suite bathroom. Entrances to the building are via the private garage in the basement or the public entrance off the pedestrian only street in front of the building. The unit is situated on the famed Gore Creek Drive, a charming, pedestrian only street in the heart of Vail Village. On the street you will be next to a dozen renowned restaurants and shopping, Gore Creek and green space in the back yard, and a short 3-5 minute walk to Gondola One. Parking is in the basement of the building, we have one dedicated space for the apartment. Access is restricted by Check Point Charlie to ensure only guests may access the garage. Parking is best situated for an SUV or smaller, but larger cars (suburbans) can fit. SUV or larger vehicles with roof racks will not fit. Other things to note The master bedroom has small exposure to noise from the daily trash pickup on the street below. The condo is in the heart of Vail Village above Sweet Basil and Mountain Standard. Perfect location! Nice to have AC during an unusually warm week in July/August. Definitely would stay there again. My only complaint would be on me. I misread the listing thinking there was a washer and dryer in the unit but it did clearly say that there was as a laundromat nearby. E. 15 mars 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Great location; quirky building; needs updating The location is great. You are right above the Lululemon store making it an easy walk to Gondola One. The condo shares an elevator with two restaurants so the kitchen staff is often on the small elevator with you. The condo was clean and spacious but in need of updating. The furniture, carpet and rug are worn out. Front door and master bedroom handles falling off. No instructions for where to store skis or operate A/C splits. The hot tub is down the hall - not attached to the condo. You don’t need an alarm because the trash pick up wakes you at 6:45 am daily. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not book again at this price. ##### C. E. We struggled to find the location once at 193, but after going through some doors we found it. The location was great and the restaurant Sweet Basil was outstanding! It’s a bit hard with Uber since they can’t drive on Gore Creek. It was a short walk from where they can drop you off. About a 5 min walk to the gondola. ##### Michael C. Extremely well-equipped kitchen, nicely furnished, tons of fresh towels and comfortable beds. Easy walk to the gondola and great restaurants of Vail.
