Black out shades would have been an extra perk as the rooms do get bright around 530 AM in the summer. The pool was a nice perk and the location could not be beat. I will mention it stayed between 75-78 degrees inside our entire time which did make it hard to sleep as we’re used to cool temperatures. We followed instructions to open windows at night, etc but that’s as cool as we could get it. Just part of Colorado summers as most condos don’t have AC! Overall, we recommend and enjoyed our stay.
