On the negative side, the place needs some attention to detail. As one other review points out, the kitchen is poorly stocked...one fry pan, 3 wine glasses (that didn't even match, just saying...), no cutting board, and poor coffee mugs. The second toilet doesn't flush properly (really annoying), in the same bathroom, someone had broken the sliding door (maybe its on order) so they just hung a shower curtain inside the other shower door. In the second bedroom, the bed is so close to the closet doors that you can only open the door about 10-12 inches...again, really annoying. The hot tub, which isn't too far away, but it's in a different building, and the welcome binder gives you no information on this, so we had to figure it out via the property manager. I sent a question to the owner via the app, but they didn't respond.
