### New Rental - Vail Mountain Views, Outdoor Hot Tub, Great Location. Pet Friendly

Vail International #209 is a south facing 2BR/2BA condo with views to Vail Mountain from the Juliette balcony off of the dining area as well as a balcony with 2 chairs off of the larger bedroom. All of the furniture is new in the summer of 2025, including the beds. This condo is pet friendly for responsible owners with one pet for $35 per night.  
  
The kitchen includes all the necessary utensils for your culinary needs and features granite countertops and all electric Frigidaire appliances. To get your day started, there is a Breville coffee maker and Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee machine. The kitchen is complete with a Ninja blender, a panini maker and a water filter. For your convenience, you will find a washer/dryer in the entryway as well as a Sans air purifier. The living room has a gas fireplace and a 65" flat panel TV. There is WiFi in the unit with service provided by Xfinity with download speeds up to 175mb.   
  
One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other bedroom features two Twin over Double bunk beds, maximizing sleeping space. Both bedrooms are equipped with 58" TVs. There is a south facing walk-out balcony off of the bedroom with two bunks. The main bathroom has a sink with a solid countertop and includes a tub and shower. The hall bathroom has a stall shower.   
  
On Site Amenities at Vail International:  
There is an outdoor hot tub that was refurbished in June of 2025 and a heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.   
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.  
There are both Men's and Women's steam rooms.  
There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout equipment for guest use.  
  
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryers, robes, slippers, humidifiers, fans, and an iron and ironing board.  
  
Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Each unit has its own router and password.  
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.  
  
Save up to $50 per day with free parking for one vehicle per reservation. Additional spaces available for $40 per night in the winter and 20 per night in the summer, subject to availability. Walk or take the free in town shuttle to Lionshead and Vail Village as part of your stress free vacation at Vail International.   
  
There is no smoking allowed in the building.  
  
Professional housekeeping staff on property.  
A departure clean is included.  
Contact the front desk to exchange towels during your stay.  
  
Checking out is easy - just leave the keys to your unit at the front desk and our housekeeping staff will do a complete cleaning of your unit so that it will be in perfect shape for the arrival of the next guests.  
  
Getting around Vail  
 Park your car at Vail International and take the free in town shuttle that runs continuously in a loop between Lionshead, Vail Village and Golden Peak. You can also walk to many of the prime locations in Vail as the property is centrally located between Lionshead and Vail Village.

The Vail International condos are professionally managed by a locally owned company that is based in Vail. We'll greet you at our onsite from desk upon your arrival and are ready to answer any questions that you may have about the Vail area. Many of our guests are frequent visitors to the property and enjoy our relaxed atmosphere with personable service and an affordable rates.
