If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. Jul 24, 2025 #### Convenient, Cozy Townhome with an incredible view Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With easy access off I70, but with very little highway noise, this townhome was a perfect fit for our recent trip to Vail. The decor is warm and welcoming - it made me feel like I was staying in a mountain cabin. The place was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the view off the inviting back patio area is incredible. I imagine in the fall with the leaves on the aspens golden, it will take the view to a whole other level. I imagine in the winter, being right on on the bus route will make it easy to access the slopes as well.
