Looking out the loft and floor to ceiling living room windows, you will see snow-capped mountain peaks and views of the Gondola in the winter and wildflowers in the summer. Freshen up in the beautifully upgraded full bathroom featuring lovely tile and vanity with granite counter tops. Stocked with new bath towels, complimentary toiletries and hair dryer. This property is a ski-lovers delight as it is just steps to the complimentary shuttle. The shuttle makes stops all around Vail to include both Lionshead and Vail Villages, grocery stores, and restaurants. Vail and Lionshead Villages are only 7-minutes away! Convenient storage for ski's inside and out of the unit, as well as open cedar drying closet and bench for all your gear and a great spot to put on your boots as you head for the mountain. Free parking is included although a car is not a necessity to explore Vail and the surrounding community. With a variety of activities to keep you busy with everything from snowboarding, mountain climbing, hot-air ballooning, shopping or rafting; this serene and comfortable space is ideal to call home base on your next destination vacation. The views of the Vail resort were unbeatable! The queen-sized bed was quite comfortable. A couple of downsides: (1) The unit only allows parking for one vehicle. This was a problem for us since we we had two groups driving up. Some advice regarding what to do with the 2nd car would have been helpful; (2) The TV was not set up properly to view Xfinity. It took me 30 minutes or so to get the various settings correct so that we could watch the Olympics; (3) We were not provided with any check-out instructions, which left us confused about what needed to be done before departure; and (4) The bedrooms are upstairs but the bathroom is downstairs, which is sort of a pain for us older guests :-) As I said, it was a pretty good place to stay. ##### William M. Couldn't find the parking pass but not a big deal. Billing so far has been a 2/10\. Booked on VRBO. Was forwarded to a rental agreement to sign and to pay the rest via bank transfer. I called the company and asked specifically if I should fill out the bank transfer or wait to be charged on the CC I booked the stay with. I was specifically told to fill out the bank transfer and I would not be double charged. I was then double charged for the stay via CC and bank transfer. I was notified relatively quickly that I was double charged (myself and the company noticed at nearly the same time). It has now been approximately 2 weeks since the double charge and 9ish business days and I have still not received the double charged refund although being told multiple times that they are checking on it. ##### Sam C.
